Guarantee to Customers

Our primary goal is your satisfaction! We will do everything possible to make sure you are pleased with your merchandise and purchasing experience from Please contact us with any questions you have or any issues with products you have received.

Products may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving them, if unused, unopened and not damaged. Purchase price will be refunded, less any shipping costs. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition for it to be credited to your account.  Any returned items require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) from our Customer Service Dept by emailing to or calling 800-575-2809 regarding merchandise returns.


Damaged or Defective Products

To quickly replace  any Damaged or Defective Items, we request you contact us within 7 business days of receiving the item.  Please call 800-575-2809  M-F 9am – 5pm CST or send an email to Include your name, order # and a short description of the problem. We will do “Whatever It Takes” to remedy the issue quickly and take care of our Customers.


Shipping Policy

Products are shipped via USPS or UPS to shipping addresses in the U.S., Canada and other countries. Speedy Delivery expedite, ships to Select Midwest States at no extra cost.
