FREE Shipping on Orders over $75

Flat Rate Shipping on orders $0 - $75

Products are shipped via USPS or UPS to addresses in the U.S., Canada and other countries. Costs for shipping options will be shown on the Check-out page at time of purchase. All orders over $75 are Shipped Free to addresses in Continental U.S.

Our primary goal is your satisfaction! We will do everything possible to make sure you are pleased with your merchandise and purchasing experience from If for any reason, within 10 days of receiving your order you want to return or exchange an item you have purchased, you may return any unused, unopened and undamaged item for a refund of the items purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

The only requirement is that Merchandise is returned in its original condition for it to be credited to your account.  Any returned items require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) from our Customer Service Dept by emailing to or calling 800-575-2809 regarding merchandise returns.


Damaged or Defective Products

To quickly replace  any Damaged or Defective Items, we request you contact us within 2 business days of receiving the item.  Please call 800-575-2809  M-F 9am – 5pm CST or send an email to Include your name, order # and a short description of the problem. We will do “Whatever It Takes” to remedy the issue quickly and take care of our Customers.
